Short answers to the questions people ask first.
Can I join from Bedrock or a console?
No. Haven is Java Edition only. There is no Bedrock support and no Geyser.
Which version should I install?
26.2. The server is Paper 26.2. ViaVersion also lets 26.3 in, but 26.2 is the one to use.
Do I need mods?
No client mods and no modpack. Accept the CraftEngine resource pack when you join.
I clicked No on the resource pack. Now what?
Open the server list, select Haven, choose Edit, and set Server Resource Packs to Enabled. Join again.
How do I get on the whitelist?
Ask Nathan to add your Java username.
What is the address?
Server address
haven.tattersail.us
SRV record. You do not need a port.
If you need the port written out:
Fallback address
haven.tattersail.us:25566
Same host, with the port written out, if the SRV record does not resolve.
How do I get back to spawn?
Run /haven. It teleports you to spawn, next to the Class Master.
How do I pick a class?
Talk to the Class Master at spawn, or run /havenclass. /haven takes you there. The details are on the classes and abilities page.
Is PvP on?
No. PvP is off everywhere.
Can I claim land?
No. There are no land claims. The spawn town is protected, and griefing is rolled back with CoreProtect.
Will the world reset?
No reset is planned. The world is fresh, backups are already running, and the border is 12,000 blocks.
